Our work is led by ethnic Gypsy and Traveller people and informed by lived experience, professional expertise and community knowledge. We work across Yorkshire and nationally.
Planning & welfare
Support through planning processes, culturally informed welfare reports and evidence that explains the human consequences behind technical decisions.
Community advocacy & support
Practical, culturally appropriate support when people are being ignored, misunderstood or excluded from decisions affecting their lives.
Community-led research
Research designed with communities, using trusted conversations, oral evidence and methods that allow people to take part in ways that feel safe and meaningful.

Honest, facilitated conversations that move beyond cultural-awareness checklists and help organisations examine how their decisions affect real people.
